You guys are probably right. I could kill myself. I'm a speed freak. On time I had to go to Omaha to pick up two cars with my buddy for work. They ended up being a tracker and a conversion van. Needless to say we raced them. I'll race anything. I probably need to get a scooter.

yeah, just take out an 8k dollar loan that you would have taken out for the bike and buy a b18c5 and get it sleeved and built and boost about 20lbs. on it, it will make you happier than that bike

You can definitely tell the kids who never ridden in their life becuase they say "get an R1 or a 1000" Anybody who rides knows that a cbr or gsxr 600 are fast as ---- and it takes a while to get used to that speed. They run MID 10's STOCK.

I don't really like the naked bikes too much, at least that one anyway. I had a 2000 GSXR600 for about a year and I'll admit it was fast as ---- but I did find myself wanting more power after about a month of riding, you don't need it but you always want more. But I later sold my 600 cause I knew I was going to die soon because I was to confident on it and thats usually when ---- happens

Exactly the reason I sold mine. Had I kept it I would have bought something bigger or a newer 600 with more power. Then I certainly would have killed myself. Its apparant that I lack the self control to slow the ---- down.

I've gotten alot of tickets in my car not to mention a lot of close calls where I should be dead or could have killed someone. The last drag racing ticket is what keeps me from going more than 5mph over the speed limit. Its not worth it. Keep it on the track. No bike for me. Thanks guys. Oh and the mustangs are mostly V6's. I can't beat a V8...yet.
