I have tried to make it work with the A/C still in place. The car in the picture is an air conditioned one and when I get a minute I'll see if the Compressor will go back in.

Yep...me too I would like to keep my AC. Summer in NYC definitely get Hot, Humid and Hazy. What turbo is the manifold designed for? I have a DSM T25 that I want to use.

what is that made of?? some kinda steel right? when i see billet i think aluminum... hmm thats pretty interesting... you should know that if you make them for both b and d series you could sell a butt load of them and since most of the work is in the programming..........

Hey speed what kind of CNC did you use i was trained on those fanuc style ones as well as the lathe and did you have you have to do any program writing on it or did the CAM program take care of all the dimensioning. Personally i like tubeing better and i like to do things manually on the mill get more of a feel for the metal. But i will give you credit on creativity

Hi folks,

The program was done using mastercam software. The flange is for a modified Chrysler turbo. The material is mild steel plate. I was hoping to start producing these for sale but I will need to make a few changes to the design before I am happy with the turbo placement and appearance of the manifold. I will probably mill some ribs into the top surface and mill the company name into the center.
I have a website under construction at www.steedspeed.com and I will be showing the new manifold along with some other unique products to make your ride fly! (you've never seen anything like what is coming to my site!)

Just as an aside. I will have a projects page and you will get to see my other winter project, a twin T3 sequentially turbocharged 77 Celica with a 20r motor and 10 injectors.
