well boys...i just dropped my A6 off at the machine shop to get built. the only down side is that they are so backed up it will take about 3 weeks. but i dont care caused that gives me more time to get money. this bad boy will be in and broken by the 4th of july and the turbo kit goes on before july 31st cause theres a car show i wanna bring it to. but as soon as everything is done ill get pics and ---- for ya to drool over!!

piston rods, arp head studs, arp rod bolts, cleaning assembling, rebiulding the head, gaskets, belts, misc stuff. its about right. i bet its around 1800 when all said and done

2 grand...why didnt you buy a JDM swap? 30K miles...and then you couldve bought some eagle rods or something...2 grand...sounds like you will have a nice motor, but for grand....

cause everyone has b16s and ----...i wanna see what i can do with the SOHC non vtec motor. ive been planning on doing htis for a long time and i fianlly got all the funds to do it. plus i got the a6 for 100 bux too. im looking around 275whp on 18psi when all is said and done

and do you know how much its costs for a darton sleeve kit. about 2 times as much as that motor. for what im doing sleeving the block wasnt nessacary

Blockguard. Cheap they work. Plenty of people making big #'s on stock sleeves. The zex car is still on stock sleeves. 450+whp.

9.0:1. and yea i think the guy was putting a block gaurd in too. i know people comlain about them, but i think this guys knows how to do, hes been biulding motor for 30 years and he gurauntees his work too. but ill get picks up soon of all my crap laying around for the install.

You really should run 8:1 compression at that kind of boost level on pump gas. You'll be making more power that way.
