Shitty little civic help pls

Ok, so i need some help as it states, one of the kids at my shop has a 91ish cx hatch, it had whatever hamster mill came in it (1.5?) he bought a motor off some kid and was told it's a jdm 1.5, again, i have no clue, anyways for whatever reason he swaped the intake of the blown motor onto the new motor and was on the road, car ran fine for the most part but had a brutal stumble around 2200rpm, oh and it is a mad v-tak yo motor, anyways it idled a little goofy after the swap and like i said had the miss at 2200, any gear, under load, always the same, so i suspected teh tps, i mentioned it to him, when i came in to work teh following morn he had swaped teh complete intake, now it has teh intake that came with teh motor, it's weird, it has no egr provision, so that is left unplugged, the throttle body is like ten feet bigger then the one on the usdm version and thas about it, now the car runs, and seems ok till it gets warm, then under load it is dead lean, bucks hard, plugs are white, so yah, that's where he is at, runs but not good, and when it's stone cold it seems fine? how do we get this pail running right? Thanks in advance for the help, and as for the 17yr old fucktards that are sure to have something sarcastic to say dont bother, im better at it then you and have way to much time on my hands at work.

you need cliffs notes.

all i got from it was .....guy blew his motor. swapped in another motor.worked fine until he put a new intake pipe(which isnt gonna do much of anything). ran like ----. put stock intake back on. worked fine.

not trying to be sarcastic... but to me is sounds like it works with the stock intake. leave it at that. did your shop swap the motor. or is he making you fix someone elses mistakes.

no if you did not read the whole thing why comment......

He swapped intake MANIFOLDS not an intake pipe.

88-91 Hatch or 92-95 Hatch. Judging by the model, CX it must be a 92-95 right? OBD1 right? What ECU is the guy using?

He needs to chip and convert his ecu (most likely a p05) and run a stock (p08) bin (if he has a d15b vtec).
Don't forget to add the wires for vtec. Hopefully the main harness has the wires already.
