Shipping firearms question....
I'm trading my AKs with another guy in CA in and we're shipping them to each other. I don't need to ship it through an FFL and I heard fedex or UPS is a better bet than USPS.
The issue is whether or not to declare it as a firearm. Is it illegal not to? I have heard a lot of stories about people seeing that it's a firearm and stealing it. Do or don't declare it? |
Re: Shipping firearms question....
i think its illegal, and a dealer does have to ship it. im just guessing here. why do you say you dont need to ship it through a ffl? a packaged opened once at fedex, it was probably 12*12*48, ---- had a bunch of guns in it. dunno whatever happened to it. i asked the go to guy and he said they had to check if it was going to a dealer or some ----.

Re: Shipping firearms question....
Get a fresh new box and plenty of tape. Its a intake manifold if they ask
They dont open boxes unless the boxes are ripped open or stuff is falling out of them They handle millions every week the last thing they are doing is checking if there is a gun in every 100,000 |
