well as you may know i bought a 92 GSR... the day before i sold my truck and ordered the wheels/tires/springs like the day after i got the GSR... well the wheels showed up and the tires came in the same day (wheels to the house, tires from tire shop) so i had them mounted... but, ---- i cant put the wheels on a car thats all 4x4 style :-\ place i ordered the springs from apearently took there sweet ass time to ship out...
anyway i put the spings on and go to get the lugnuts.....wtf? where are they? oh yeah they got packed away :'( after looking my roommate laughs (the Nelson/simpsons laugh) and goes to work when he gets to his work he finds a set of lugnuts and locks on clearance for 3bucks! so i run and buy them so anyway here are the pics... http://home.comcast.net/~turbohf/GSR001.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~turbohf/GSR002.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~turbohf/GSR003.jpg http://home.comcast.net/~turbohf/GSR004.jpg Tein S-Tech springs Rota Ciruit 8 wheels, 15" 'Full Royal Bronze' Dunlop SP Sport FM901 195/55-15 oh yeah and the front bumper plugs to deliete the licence plate.... ;D (yes, WA does 'require' a front plate) anyway there they are....dont steal them....... still need JDM one piece headlights and a Built B17A1 then im set :D |

dude nice, it looks awesome. nice choice on the 15's.....anything bigger would have been ugly
|
Re: sexy Aztec green 92 GSR on some new springs/wheels :)
I like it, good choice on the wheels AND the drop, I'm considering that same drop on my CRX cause I don't want it too low to where I scrape everything but I want to get rid of some of the wheel gap.

gosh darn that car must be small with all that door space in the compact spot :o :P j/k man, but seriously that is some mad door space. I like the way you think, I'm the same way when it comes to parking spaces. ;) But it looks good though. damn that body looks freakin straight, 16's may have looked a tad bit better, but 15's do the job and does it well O0 |
Re: sexy Aztec green 92 GSR on some new springs/wheels :)

Re: sexy Aztec green 92 GSR on some new springs/wheels :)

minty fresh, I love it. I like that color, and the rims look good, 16's maybe whould have been better, but they look good

Re: sexy Aztec green 92 GSR on some new springs/wheels :)

It's Everett, it's gonna get stolen even without that stuff. Is that in that little plaza with MPR? Damn how many Schucks' do you work at? Hey Dustin how much did you end up spending on all that stuff if you don't mind me asking? and what is the drop on the springs? $440 shipped on the wheels $371 (i think) for the tires, mounted, balanced, with certs $152 for the springs $2.62 for the lugs/locks $50 for those plate plugs (------ dealer) im sure there will be like 10000 more to be spent in the coming years :-\ |
Re: sexy Aztec green 92 GSR on some new springs/wheels :)
me and the voices in my head agree, two thumbs up. looks nice. O0
|
Re: sexy Aztec green 92 GSR on some new springs/wheels :)
i think those are just sports bronze. if i remember rota uses the term royal for the polished lip. i agree that 16's would have looked a whole lot better. but they still look awesome on the 15's ;)
