The idea of designing and building my own car has always been one of my future aspirations. Research technology and performance theory takes up alot of my time. I thought I"d make a wicked cool thread about building a sick *** car. So lets all just throw some ideas of what we'd want to see in this car, just for ***** and giggles.

I"ll get the ball rolling with that the car should be equiped with a 4 wheel drive system.

my idea is that you need to buy a wagovan and gut it.

some more things that would be nice to incorperate...

- mid engine (to aide in proper weight equality)
- the wheels closest to all corners, the least amount of overhang as posible, think mclaren f1.

 

i am thinking NSX with a V12 honda infinity series® motor in it.

 

it should have an intake that lift up over the roof of the car a little, like an indy car.

-carbon fiber monocock chasis frame. stiff as ----.

-how about vertical opening doors, this will allow more structural weight to be carried lower in the car, while strengthing the chasis even more.

- center seater.

I just would like to suggest calling the car a "wicked" in honor of Canada's messed up form of english.
