Chassis tuning, and bigger slicks. Learn how to launch it. <(Not trynna be an ass, seriously trying to help)

you have a good speed. try even drag radials and some seat time. My buddy pulls 13.1 @103 consistently on drag radials in his 98 coupe. if he had a hair more power, he would hit high 12's on his stock block y8 turbo.

You don't necessarily need a LSD to run 12's. Simple, your 60fts are horrible. Get some 22in slicks, pre-load before you launch and you should be close to your 12's. Also try flat shifting, that could as well cut a tenth or two. Remember every 100lbs you remove is a tenth of your time slip. Put that big boy on a diet!
