i just did that swap actually....it took us about a week to get the wiring right....its a pain in the ***. we took out the si motor and trans from a beater si and put a good dpfi motor and 4 speed manual into it. he bought the si for 700, we did some body work and the motor swap and sold if for a grand...it worked out nicely. then he sold the si motor, kept the tranny, and financed his whole zc swap into his car. anyways, i'll try to get a wiring diagram from him, he was the one that got it right finally. i'll post it tonigth if i can get ahold of him. he made a little diagram, if you can, get the schematics from both motors and compare them, thats what we did. we DID put the standard motor harness on the si, we cut the main plugs and just soldered the right stuff to the right place. made the only standard civic with a sunroof and a rear wiper(i stole the mint interior for my standard model!HEHEHEHE)

if you use the si harness, it will be si to dx backwards, that wont be too tough.....i would do that if i were you. dont use the dx harness, i did it and i regret it. be basically made our own harness, and it sucked.
