Sending ---- to France...how the ---- do you do that?
I sold a few guitar pedals to a guy I have to ship him the package to france. He sent me a link with USPS on how to ship it. It seems like they ship it out to a post office in france somewhere...and he goes an picks this up. Is this right? Sounds kinda weird to me. He is paying through paypal. Is there a better option? Let me know nogs!

Just pack it up like any other package and put his address on it. Take it to the post office and they'll take care of it. Not much different, other than you might have to fill out a customs form.

And be sure to let the guy know that you will show him the shipping reciept, and that's that. You can't track or delivery confirm anything international, so he could always say he didn't get it and there's no way for you to know. That's why explaining that once you show him the reciept, you're off the hook.
