when i bought my car i asked the bitch "will this thing pass smog" she said "i dunno im from florida" haha. she didn't do ---- bout it, we made an "as is" agreement n i took care of it as the buyer. have ur buyer do the same.

Sign a bill of sale stating it is an "As is" final agreement. or if you worried you can say its for OFF Road use only...lol

Smog is bullshit, get away from the coast and you don't have to put up with that ----. I know of 7 turbod cars here running open downpipe and all emissions bullshit removed including 1 in my garage, and 2 camaros running open header with all emissions bullshit removed. Ahhhhh, I love relaxed laws.
