which to sell

ok i have had people make offers on both of my cars in the last 2 days but i dont know which to sell
1. 91 crx hf I/H/E and some other ---- done to it was going to be turbo project offered $1800-2000 for it as it sits

2. 92 teg ls kinda beet body for thrasher while doing hf build decent car offered $1600 for it

got about a grand into it.

now is the ? which one should i sell or should i sell them both and get a completely diff thing going like a mid 90s hatch

ok so i sell the teg now should i do a full swap or get a head pistons and rebuild the B6 block for a 16 valve head or just buy a complete swap and save this one for another day
