Needs a smallish turbo set-up for low end response. I didn't read through it closely, but it propably has a standalone, so adding boost would be a bolt-on and re-tuner affair. I'm sure the N/A B-series is potent in that sucker, but add a quick spooling turbo and it's lights out for M3's, Poopra's, N/A 911's, etc. It's alright if the boost tapers up high too because that's obviously where the current engine shines. I've always wanted to do that swap in a non-wagon version of that year (or close, just same era) Civic. $5800 seems fair too and the guy doesn't seem like an idiot. If it was a selling it he'd list all the exterior mods and say it's Faaassst and then ask $20k or trade for Porsche Cayman.
