93 accord... 87 accord 300lb+ difference... am i wrong? 10psi unintercooled is a lot more useless hot air... 6psi can run efficiently unintercooled, also this fool can drive, ive seen him chirp 5th dude, jk, but im pullin 4 him

nope its more than that i believe. Most 3rd gens are 2500- 2650 ish, and most 4th gens are 3100-3200 lbs i think... correct me if im wrong, so its more like a 400+ pound weight difference... thats huge.

turns out he was running closer to 10psi after getting his boost gauge working properly.

10psi non intercooled non BOV'ed on 87 i believe. his engnine management is working wonders!

not that it counts, but he pulled 13.1 on gtech

I've run 9 psi non-IC, same turbo as Sean.

I don't advise it for daily driving, but a sprint or two down the road with the fuel extra rich for safety hurts nothing.

I'd guess Sean is high 13's. Hopefully we'll have a PGMFI shootout soon with my CRX lining up against his Accord.

As far as the A20A engine's honor goes... isn't the fastesr/one of the fastest NA Hondas out there an A20A powered 2G CRX? That indicates a certain potential in head flow and bottom end build, don't hate it just because it's old.

i am not sure abuot that; though it would not suprise me... i have heard of some 11 or 12 second preludes still using carbed a20a's

its a great little engine, and certainly a tough one!

sean keeps retuning his chip, and getting better and better results. its still running really rich so i think he has some more power to squeeze out yet!

i cant wait to get this system going on my car.. one of these days it will happen

ok he dynoed his setup.

a20a1 engine with 9.2:1 CR

105whp / 215lbs @ 2800 rpm - 10psi (with .42/.48AR chrysler t3 turbo)

it makes mad power at 3400 (secret until he tunes it and gets the most out of it) and is flat until 5600, where it drops off. our cars have 6250 redline, so a new manifold design or slightly bigger turbo should give us our power up until redline.
