Default screwed over on ebay

So i recenty won a auction on ebay for new pauter rods and srp pistons for a dseries with new rings and bearing...got a great deal on them when they came I find out there not even pauter rods and they have been used before they look like a little more solid factory rod but there is no markings on them and they dont even have arp hardware in them the pistons u can tell have been used b/c there is some carbon in the groves and a few very small knicks on the bottom edges of them they do however have new rings I dont know whether i should report him and return the ---- and tell him to get fucked or see if he will give me some money backand rock the rods b/c i already have aries pistons. If ne one wanted the pistons i would sell them pretty cheap 150ish. I took them to a shop and he said they were in good shap just barely used but like i said what i got wasnt what i bought what should i do
