So, did he answer anything yet? How long ago did it happen? I'd say keep being on his *** about it. Request his user info from eBay, it will come with his phone #, give him a living hell.

man, that sucks. So far, Ive only had good experiences with ebay. But everytime I buy something, I wonder if Im going to get ripped off. Its just a risk that you take. You mentioning that he is a powerseller makes me rethink buying off ebay.

Ah I filed a consumer complaint with eBay the guy immediately contacted me... by phone has offered a full refund. Said that he sent the 'wrong product', I think I'm just the first person to have caught on to it.

I hope no one in california was dumb enough to fall for this. I was going to put it on as a cat... but in Colorado they will impound you if you don't have a street legal one... I think the noise it makes without it won't justify it

was it something like this?

if so tons of people sell those on ebay marketing them as hi flow cats. most are just straight pipes with a cat-style housing.

that think will probably increase your performance a little, but it aint no cat if you can see straight through it and it looks like a glasspack or whatever. nobody would pay 120 for a heavy looking test pipe. that sucks. kick some ***
