When he questioned you about finishing payment, you didn't respond for a long period of time. Now since so much time has passed, he just wants his money back...but you want him to pay the rest of the amount, then you'll refund the total? I hope I just read wrong, cuz thats retarded as ----. Jorsher, that's exactly what happened. This guy is fucked in the head, and is probably just trying to scam him for more money.
