I hate to make another scammer alert thread but I gotta find some info out if anyone knows anything.

Anyone else buy ---- from this douche?

So a while back I sent him $45 for some DSM 450's. He told me he shipped them, then when I asked where they were he said something to the effect he expected his brother to ship them blah blah blah. I'm pretty convinced that he's not sending ----. I filed a paypal dispute so far. He doesn't come on for a few days at a time because he uses the work comp or some bullshit.

---- paypal. I tried twice, once last night and just now to escalate it to a claim, and after I finish typing in some info regarding the transaction, the next page says "click here to retry" and then it keeps doing that.

Dealing with your brother is YOUR responsibility, not his. Ship out what he paid for, or you are a scammer, no ifs ands or buts.

I'm sorry but these people who are having their mother's, brother's, baby momma's etc shipping out ---- need to man up. If they're not responsible enough to ship out stuff themselves they shouldn't be selling ---- at all, unless they live with said person and know it's going to go out.

I've had my mom ship out a few boxes when I was running late for school or whatnot, but I had already had them all packaged up with specific instructions on what to do and they always got there A-OK.

Well I'd say it's official. I got fucked by this douche. After the paypal claim, they recovered a whopping $2.96 from his account, and I still have no 450's. I've sent PMs and he doesn't respond anymore despite logging in. Can we just add him to the do not buy from list in the the classifieds please?

Here's an idea to increase the accountability of people selling in the classifieds:
All classified posts should first have to be approved by a moderator.
Before the post is approved, the seller must have to provide a valid home phone number/address or work number/address to the moderator (easy enough to verify)
After the moderator verifies that there is some way of contacting/finding this seller (potential scammer) he approves the for sale post.
Obviously OG's with vouches would be automatically approved.
This might make people think twice about running a scam on this site, just a thought.
