someone parked an RC car in a parking spot and the police gave it a ticket haha. this took place at some university but not sure where

haha yeah i like that paper person thing in the front seat. now hes got like a 10 dollar fine to pay

 

How would the cop know who would have to pay the ticket? I think this was just a prank.

 

if you look close the name section isn't filled in...still probably was a prank though, lol

the ---- up parking patrol ***** at UMCP would have gave it 5 more tickets and if it wasn't moved in a few hours they'd have had it towed...------- ******.
