Not any of those, I'd never drive a Neon/Saturn/Cobalt/etc. They may be quick, but they are still fugly and lame.

dont know how accurate this is but its what i read.
With a Car and Driver Tester and using Correction factors for sea level and air temp

Sport Compact Car test the Redline in normal conditions at 15.3s. The have HORRBILE gearing from what I hear.
