I have nothing to do with it, but I would say that he locked it because it will never sell here, therefor it's worthless to post it here for sale. He likes to keep things running tidy round here.

if most of us came up with the money for it we still wouldn't buy it. I'm trying to keep my next HMT kit under a thousand this time and others go cheaper than that.
And for the price you might as well buy and new one.
Looks better on the credit report instead of buying used

Overall you were trying to help a friend out and that's good

Wow, I thought my response to your pm would have given you a clue about why it was locked. I guess I'll post the reasons here as well. Hopefully you can start to understand.

-This truck isn't even yours. It clearly says in the rules not to post anything that isn't in your possesion. (do I have to explain any further than that)

REASON- To many times this "I'm selling it for a friend" bullshit is just an excuse to sell something that is less than great condition ect. So when you buy something, the seller can't say, "well sorry, that's what my friend told me it was like". This kind of ---- equals zero responsibility for the seller.

- You are selling a truck for over 17 thousand dollars. I don't know if anyones car on this site is worth that much.

REASON- Why the ---- would anyone buy an EXPENSIVE TRUCK when this site is about CHEAP CARS?

- There are 7220 members on this site, and one for sale forum. Most things on the second page will never be looked at again. Why would we have a truck that already isn't in your possesion, and is more expensive than any of our cars on the only first page of classifieds that we have?
People have lots of TURBO ---- that they want to sell, and there are lots of people that are looking to buy TURBO ---- on this site. Your truck post is getting in the way, and instead of it taking up space, it's gone.

You pm me, I tell you exactly what I just said, and now we have another post taking up space. You can't take this so personally since the guy in your post already said I did the same thing to him. It's called efficiency, and the classifieds isn't effecient with posts taking up space that aren't going to go anywhere. If it isn't going to sell here, then why have it taking up space at all? The other members are counting on a space on the first page to have thier turbo stuff sold, and you're listing an expensive truck FOR YOUR FRIEND.


And in your pm when you said "I do things to feel important", you may have had a point if you were following the rules in the first place.
