The law doesn't state that you can't sag your pants. only that you can't display your underwear. I really don't find that to be a major problem.

Sag your pants a little if you want, if I can see your underwear, then pull em up.

i got pulled over in VA for being lost. Hate that ------- state ever since. He said i was making alot of turns and stuff. I was because i was lost and couldn't find my way back to 95. Then gave me a ticket for having a so called illegal modified muffler.

EDIT:back to the sagging. i think its a phase. i went through it just like the dark colored clothes phase. i use to wear alot of balck when i was younger.
This is just another attempt to rid people of individuality and creativity in m eyes. Sagging jeans is only the beginning

If some people can't sag, then they need to stop fat chicks from wearing them small *** shirts when they got 2-3 rolls around the gut looking like an innertube ready to bust

sagging pants is homo, but making a law against it is like posting gay ****, you just dont do it. VA has to be the gayest state: no radar detectors, no low rider pants(for the biatches), and who knows what else they enforce. If I lived there, I think I'd drop a big *** ---- on the courthouse steps.
