Re:SAGGING PANTS A CRIME!!!!!
So what's gonna happen to those fat guys w/ the beerbellies. Their *** crack showing, b/c their stomach is to big and there pants can't be pulled up. Are they going to be forced to lose weigh? Or even have to consider gastricbypass b/c of the law in VA. Pretty stupid to be a law.
Most of these young ppl don't know that this wasn't meant to be a fashion. It came from ------ sellin crack and trying to sell it fast w/o being noticed. Ur pants weren't supposed to be to ur knees, but a little low so u could boof the crack. This came out in the 90's when cops didn't know about the crack tucked in ur *** crack (boofing).
One last thing, for u to hide a gun w/o being noticed.

Wow, I just learned something new today. I'm gonna go try to "boof" something in the garage. lol.
What's stupid is that if a white guy walked into the hearing yesterday and said something about sagging being a black thing, the negro's would have been up in arms. And today a black says it's an attack on young blacks.
Yet this law was supported by at least one black. More and more this excuse seems to be thrown around so recklessly that its hard to tell anymore just what it all means.
