im not going to lie. I use to sag back in middle school and stopped when i was a sophmore in high school. My pants were way down below my waist but now i think its stupid to walk around like that now. I still sag a little though when i think my pants too tight. Not nearly as bad though. I normaly sag like and inch below my waist just because its comfortable.

I stopped sagging the jeans a while ago.
around the same time i stopped wearing timberlands.
But i think this is still stupid.
Next thing you know they will have a law against skaters wearing their shirts too small

I just buy my pants a few sizes bigger than my waistline. I never wear my pants under my butt or to my knee's. This crime also goes for girls w/ low rider jeans. Their panties/thongs show, dam that's fucked up.

Awww, the poor blacks.
That's stupid. It's a dumb law, but it's not like anyone forced the young negro's to wear their pants hanging off thier ***.I don't think I know anyone that wears thier pants exactly at thier wasteline, but some of these ***** actually have thier whole *** hanging out. It just looks stupid when your back pockets are right where your knee's bend. Comfortable is one thing, but trying to wear pants and not wear them at the same time has nothing to do with being comfortable.
