Default Sadness, happiness, extreme frustration, and hopeless feelings.

well this is what my two weeks have been like. i started out with my daily (and only) driver, my 91 integra GS. it was stock with a slightly slippy clutch, but was perfectly reliable. i had my turbo kit compiled in my garage and planned an install day.
but before the install day, i wanted a base run at the track to see how much faster she was gonna be (plus ive boosted it before and i wanted to know the motors condition). i took it there and ran a 16.4 which is not bad, but blew up the clutch on the last run, then had to drive it home, that sucked. but all seemed a bit better the next day. i overnighted my exedy and installed it the next night and she was back to chirping 4th gear, i was happy.

so, on to the install day, it went smoothly up until the manifold ended up being warped, stranding me in connecticut overnight. but all was well, we (hotrex and i) had his dad call in a favor and his friend fixed it. the turbo went in pretty well and i drove the car home with nothing more than a leaky downpipe. it was boosted, i was thrilled, and i even fixed the downpipe.
on to sunday the 10th. i drove down to palisades mall for a small Generation Two integra club meet and the car was running like a beast. i sat there doing smoky burnouts all day long, not little ones, but big long roasters, and not once did the car even detonate. again, i was happy. i had to push it to far though, i couldnt just call it a day and go home. i did one last big long roaster in front of everyone, then turned around for a quick spool and second gear clutch dump for some more wheelspin. well it did the quick spool just fine but when i shifted into second all i could feel was a huge POP no clutch engagement. i knew what it was right away. the clutch was perfect, but i blew up the transmission. sure enough, i dumped the oil from the tranny all over the ground and when i let out the clutch it flt like there were marbles in my tranny. well i actually broke the casing apart, pulling the gears right out with it. now im stuck. the car is at a friend's house in new jersey (90 miles from me) and i have no transmission. what the hell does a guy have to do to get a break? and all this happens only a month after i totalled the crx. i think i have the worst luck in the world. do any of you on the east coast know a tow guy? or can you help me out with like, a truck to get the car home? or does anyone have a tranny for sale? i dont even know what to do right now. at this point im feeling like selling it and buying a buick :P. the title of my post says it all. give me some advice guys. thanks for reading my very long post.

and btw, heres a link to the pics of my setup my car had the turbo obviously http://www.g2ic.com/forums/showthrea...threadid=68774

I don't understand how my tranny is holding together... I've been pretty rough on her... Makes me want to be a little easier.

yeah but guys, its just one thing after another. 1st i crash the crx, then the tranny ***** the bed. my ------- parents hate me. ive got bills out the ***, and only time for a part time job. this whole ------- situation just makes me want to sit in my room and cry. nothing seems to go right, EVER!!!at this point ive got like 500 in bills and about 350 in my checking acount. not to meantion no car to get me to work. not to meantion that even if i had the car home, i would have no way of fixing it cause i cant afford a tranny right now. life ------- blows.

why only part time? borrow money from your parents to get a tranny and the car home..

have a friend w/ a truck? you could put the teg in neutral and drag it home.

ok, my parents wont give e a penny, i cant work full time and go to college, and all my buddies drive hatches, crxs and mustangs. my father has an S10 (2wd and useless) and my mom drives a sebring so that doesnt help me. i have no way to get it right now, and almost no moeny for a tranny. i need a credit, cause ill have all this money in like a month, but not until then. btw, can you all ask around and see if you can find a cable b series tranny? i need one, and one way or another, ill find a way to pay for it if and when someone finds one for me. there will also be a little finders bonus if i end up buying one that someone on here finds for me. thanks alot
