It isn't any bigger than the last time I looked at your site. A sixth to an eighth of a screen on a 19" monitor... sure there isn't any way to fullscreen the videos?

the player is built in flash 9 there isn't a flash player product put out by macromedia (well there might be but this isn't it) its just built in flash... there are flash players that offer full screen options, like yahoo and i believe youtube does also. but the problem is the video is compressed for viewing in the smaller size, and if its streched out to full screen it will look like crap.
