btw can you elaborate on that? i asked on Honda-Tech before and suprize all i got was crap as a response...

I think sometimes even a high output fuel pump can be limited by the amount of volatage comming in. The stock wiring can't produce/support enough voltage for the pump to work at it's peak. Therefore, wiring it to a source with a higher voltage if more effective. (anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong)

no i understand that, i was meaning how he went about making sure there was 14v at the pump
