This is why my legal advice was not to have him pay and let her take him to court. My moral compass says everyone is inconvenienced at one time or another when living with other people. His inconvenience made his life suck more, but didn't directly cost him a dollar. Him moving out means an empty room which means more rent for the other tenant(s). Giving her 30 days to find someone else to live there is more than reasonable and assigning a monetary penality seems logical as if she doesn't get someone to move in because he didn't give her enough time, it costs her money.

Again, legally speaking, don't pay her and let a small claims judge sort this out if she wants to go that route.

You could get ther drunk, pound her, film it, and put the video on the outernet. Not that it would solve anything but I'm sure everyone here would be down to see it.

And murder is always an option.

Throw a few dead rats into the heater vents and after a few days that smell will be intolerable, then you could say the living conditions are deplorable and back out of the deal that way.

Rats at the pet store are like 10 bucks, you can kill em humanly by puting them in a tuperware container and puting them in the freezer.

Good luck proving she broke the rules whereas she has you by the nuts. Better take pictures before you move out too. She could go in a mess ---- up and claim you recked the place.
