ok guys, here's a sucky honeymoon story. I'm from Michigan and I got married in Kansas, the 1st night of our honeymoon my civic got broken into and they stole my s-afc, and my boost and oil gauge as well at my trim and gauge pod, the stuid idiots didn't know what they were doing though because they just sliced all the wires which means they are totally worthless now, the afc is crap and the oil press gauge doesn't have the sensor, stuid dumb fucks. So now...I'm in a mad rush trying to find another s-afc that I can just plug into my old harness...still wired all up so I can just set my old settings and drive home. what a sucky honeymoon huh?

I have a vafc in my for sale thread listed at $175. I also have a boost gauge and oil pressure gauge. ;)

I have a set of stock injectors I can ship you ASAP. ;) It took me like 3 months to find these fuckers. >:(

same here man, i've got some obd1 and obd2 injectors if that would help you, just stay out of boost, but it would get you home :-\

well i ordered another s-afc today on ebay, little more than i wanted to pay, but I need it now, and they guy said he could overnight it.I have a t25 turbo, so even with stock injectors, it would be a little risky driving on the highway, I just touch the gas and the boost starts to build....and I can't go with out boost, i'm addicted to it ;) hopfully I'll be on the road no later than thursday.

don't mount your afc in plain view. i have mine mounted in the center colum infront of the shifter, under the radio and it's covered by a black rag so it can't be seen.

I had it mounted under my radio, but it was in plan sight, this time I'm going to porbably mount it UNDER my dash, and i'm also going to look into getting an alarm.

just tune it and leave it alone...no one would see it, out of plain sight. "out of sight, out of mind"

just add alot of wire to it, so when you wanted to moniter it, you coud pull it out from under your seat....just my. $.02

that's great until one day he decides to slide his seat back then the fucker gets caught in the tracks... I don't even like keeping handguns underneath the seat.

well, my car insurance people stopped by this morning and I walked away with a $617.35 check in my hand. That pays for $180 for my time to re-instal it all, and $100 for a stratch they did on my rear bumper, and my guages and afc, not too bad, now lets see if my hotel will pay for my $750 camera :-\
