Strange thing happend to me. The guy shiped the stuff with a tracking number. When I check with UPS they have a delivery date and time. But the part never reached go figure.

How do people get away with stuff like this.

Best thing to do is complain to paypal.com and freeze his paypal account. Talking to eBay is a waste of time.
Paypal on the other hand will have him by the nuts in no time.

do a request for seller contact info, they will email you his address and phone number, I hope you purchase the paypal insurance, cause ---- still owes me $150 for a sunroof, I called him and he said he aint giving me ----, and I cant do ship about it because I'm in Germany, but wait till my tour is over with I dont want to send no threat to him or his family because military reasons.I'm working things out with Jag I'm suing him for $5000 dollars for interior damage because he did not ship my roof, but if this fails I dont know if I can control myself, I fly for free
