Ripped off on Ebay, need USA help!
 

Hi Guys,

A month a go I bought two sets of four 450 cc injectors from 'sniper918fink'. I payed the same day with PayPal. A day later I received an email from him saying he had send the injectors to my address with USPS (confirmation number: va724994481us). But I still haven't received them today >:(

I've emailed two weeks ago asking where the injectors were, he emailed back the same day that he would check with his post office. Since then I haven't heard from him, he doesn't reply to my emails anymore :-\.

Because I live in the Netherlands and he in the States, it's a bit difficult for me to trace his phone number or his address. Maybe anybody from here can help me with that??

The funny thing is, is that some ---- who lives in Iowa ripped me off when I bought 450cc injectors off of ebay.

Just FYI, I send all the oil lines USPS and my mother inlaw works at a post office. I sent a kit to Europe and they lost it. The guy was asking me, "where is that ----?". I had to send another. The mother inlaw says that once a package leaves the states, cross your fingers cause it's a toss up if it's really gonna get there or not. This could be what happened, but if its not, than a good ol' kick to the nuts would do justice...(per injector) ;D

so, what address did you send that too, ebay will give you his phone #, and you can file a warning. Explore ebays options.

I don't really know the kid, I know of him. I actually know his brother and I usually run into him at the bar. The kid is a real dick but I'll say something to him the next time I see him.

Well, still haven't got my money back, or the injectors i've won (not that i need them anymore because i've bought some other ones).

Anyway, I would really appreciate if you guys could find out his address and phonenumber.
So I can visit him whenever i'm in the states again :-\

Interesting point, but that does not explain why the guy can't reply to emails. I cant stand it when people dont email you back or they don't give you a shipping address. When I sell things on eBay I email the person back with the shipping address as soon as I get back from fedex or the post office... it's not too hard. I think communication is very important when your selling things on the internet.

Filed a complaint at ebay but I guess it won't give me my money back.

I gave him negative feedback today, and with in hours he gave me bad feedback too...... guess that should tell you something about KEVIN FINK.

So if anybody can help me i would greatly appreciate it.

I'm willing to pay for his address and his phonenumber. Say $10,- or a dutch licence plate send to the man that makes me happy (never thought i would say that)

Strange thing happend to me. The guy shiped the stuff with a tracking number. When I check with UPS they have a delivery date and time. But the part never reached go figure.

How do people get away with stuff like this.

Best thing to do is complain to paypal.com and freeze his paypal account. Talking to eBay is a waste of time.
Paypal on the other hand will have him by the nuts in no time.

do a request for seller contact info, they will email you his address and phone number, I hope you purchase the paypal insurance, cause ---- still owes me $150 for a sunroof, I called him and he said he aint giving me ----, and I cant do ship about it because I'm in Germany, but wait till my tour is over with >:( I dont want to send no threat to him or his family because military reasons.I'm working things out with Jag I'm suing him for $5000 dollars for interior damage because he did not ship my roof, but if this fails I dont know if I can control myself, I fly for free >:( >:( >:(
