Sr's cant compare to rb's and ca's they are in their own league .CA's are not meant for economy they were 1st gen silvia k's engines they have iron blocks and have been taken to 600+ hp and are rev happy wh0res. RB20's were not made mostly for family cars although they were enviromentally friendly i would take 2 more cylinders any day. The RB20 might be a bit weak so maybe a 25 considering they have been taken to extremly high hp numbers and with minor ecu adjustments can easily top to 300 hp. CAs came in a lot of USDM cars, too. I have a stanza with a CA20E out in my bush... it's actually supposed to not be that different from the CA18DET aside from the head and ----... I noticed that the oil and water passages on the deck are bigger on the 20... I assume the 20 has even weaker cylinders. USDM S12 200SXs also have CA18ETs. RB20DETs... for making power, I hear that they're about equal to the SR... but the RB is heavier and ----... move up to a 25 and supposedly it's ten times better... heh... i never really even seen an RB in real life so ---- my opnion. :P |

Nope, havent had one yet.. I have done alot of clutchs in them, but never one popping out of gear.. Jeff |
