So a couple weeks back I got a call from my mom that she was moving out of her boyfriends house and she began to tell me about how he grabbed her by the neck and slammed her up against a wall, and basically she was breaking everything off immediately and getting out. There are some things you just don't do and one is lay hands on my mom.

Naturally my first reaction was to grab my keys, leave work and begin the 2 hour drive to Olympia to deal with it, but I've been requested to keep my cool and not take any action.

This guy is bad news, found out that he's a coke head, obviously he's got a violent side we didn't know about, and a temper to match.

Since all this has happened, there are still ties with him that cannot be broken, he knows it, and he continues to be a total dickhead to my mom and other family members. I have a tie with him, as I owe him a small loan that I took through him. My sister and her family, and now my mom, live and rent a house that he owns, and my sister also works as his assistant in a company he has alot of pull in. These are the reasons I've been asked to restrain myself, and so I am.

I've fought the urge to just roll up there with a carload of buddies and just teach him some respect, but as of right now its going to just cause problems.

So here is where the brain storm begins...

Ways to ---- with him without going up there? I was thinking the usual stuff, mass HMT prank phone calls (if I can get his #). Maybe get some gay porn, self help info for drug use, same info for abuse and ager issues, stuff like that mailed to his house.

Maybe use Coltens "gun for hire" to just terrorize him, vandalize his trucks? maybe shoot him in the kneecap? haha.

I am looking for your ideas here, I know hmt members are the masters of ------- with people.

Buk, if I give you a name and address can you pull more info on him? I know he's got some personal ads on match.com too (thats what started this ruckus)

Also, I have to be very careful about what I do or what anyone does.

If at any time he suspects that what happens is tied in with my mom, he's gonna take it out on her and my sisters family. They live in his house and he can evict legally on a 72 hour notice. I know he'd use it. He could also toy with my sisters employment I am sure. Even though they know he's coke head and have already told her that she is staying no matter what.

You need to pay the $$ back you owe him so he doesn't have any leverage over you and the rest of your fam needs to start moving on. He has way to much controll :3

I know, it will come in time. They are already looking for a new place, and eventually my sister should get locked in a position where she works that doesn't involve working with this guy. I'm as of now paying the loan, and for now plan to keep doing so. If all other ties with him are broken as far as the rest of the family, I am considering telling him to suck my balls and keeping his money.

Well it sounds like a pretty fucked up situation, but props on not immediately doing anything, I know if I was in the same situation I probably would have gone on a killing spree, hope it all works out for you, and as for the revenge, I will ask around and see if I can come up with anything good.

If your mother is all for legal action the cops will do something, my mom was a dumb ---- who thought she was inlove and got the charges dropped

If it came down to it, no matter who it would affect, it the cops cannot do anything. I would take it into my own hands to persoanlly hurt this guy, I dont care if it would affect where my sister lives, where she works. If someone hit my mother and just walked away I would go insane

I would make him feel 5X worse and make sure to take delicate care of his face with a pipe. Make him look like a bitch.

Think about it man, someone put there hands on your mother. You have to protect your family

if its a one time deal and your mom will defeitnely never see him, maybe the smart thing would be to keep a grudge but forget about it.

I personally would now have to do something being that I am a little older and not 14 when it first happened and could take care of it.

yeah there isnt even a handshake, i talked to my mom about it, she talked to him, and he cut a check, and gave it to her. originally i was gonna sign something, pay interest, and be all official like. i told him i wasn't signing ---- after all this went down.

as for the drugs, the owner is his friend, and thats the only reason he's even there (he's already worth $2 million, he doesnt need a job) and the owner is the one that told my sister he is a cokehead, he apparently already took a leave once to dry out.

well, first off. do NOT pay that ------ back. there is no actual binding agreement between you two that would be considered legal in court(none that you have mentioned anyways)

if you can get his addy, i know some people that can really ---- him up(i'm mexican, i know peoples that know peoples cousins that are in the mafia, true story)

do yuo have ANY information on this guy? Whats his name? You need to find a way to prove that he is a crack head. weather it be recording something he says about doing crack or planting something on his ass and deporting it. I know you would much rather actually hurt him, but thats not really possible at this moment.

you need to help your family to break any ties they have with him. Until then, nothing but legal things can be done.

if and when they break all those ties, I'll be more than happy to drive up there and give him a good ass kicking. I ------- hate women beaters/abusers/rapers..etc.. I have personal feelings against anyone that does this and those that do it deserve a long, painful death.

well, as for a ton of phone calls, the best way to do it is to post in craigslist saying "im a hot girl ---- me, call this number (his number), etc etc"

and as for the drugs, if you put them in his car, MAKE SURE to have as many different kinds as you can, coke, crack, heroin, weed, crystal, everything. This way he'll get multiple felonys instead of just one for coke or whatever. Call the police via their number, not 911, and say you've seen this guy selling drugs in a school zone, that should put out a pretty quick APB for him.

put up a listing where he's selling a fridge ( stainles steel ) for like 150 bucks. hell be fucked with for quite a while.

then change it up. post up a turbo civic for like 1000 dollars, again. put his number. I bet he gets all kinds of calls.

i say you should do it...get him fired and your sis stays....but plant ---- at his house and tell them he slangin ----....so they raid the house..so he goes strait to the prison....no Q's asked..and your mom gets to play it off and cry for him then move on....just tell your mom to tell the police where shits at.as info so she doesnt get in the middle of the mix...

your mom needs to call the police and file a DV report. the fact that he is in washington state(uber pro women state) is reason enough. if she makes a phone call and says that he hit her, he goes to jail. ---- that guy. she can put his ass in jail. hell dude, you can call the cops and have him put in jail. If she drops charges against him, the state automatically picks it up. all you have to do is call the thurston county sheriffs office and tell them that your mom is too scared or whatever.

about the house... the law protects your mom. ei: if she were to stop paying rent for any reason, it would legally take 3-6 months to evict her. Washington state hates it when women get abused, ---- that dude. you could ruin his life with one phone call. if he's got coke on him when they arrest him, you wont see him for about a year.

That would hurt him financially at least and make his life a hell trying to figure out what happened.

I like the craigs list idea as well. They just arrested a bunch of people for prostitution through craigs list, which means the police have detectives on there browsing around for suspect stuff. The possibilities are pretty much endless when it comes to craigs list though.

So let's get this straight.

Your mom and old boy were doing up the coke like there was no tomorrow, and then old boy felt like he had to regulate when she started snorting up the profits. Because I don't see how you could live with someone doing cocaine and NOT have it be apparent within fourteen seconds, and not have a pretty goddamn good idea where that path leads to. Your momma was in on it.

I've always felt that women who stayed in abusive relationships deserved them. Well, your momma bailed - props to her. But don't forget for a second that it takes two to make a relationship, and 90% of the time it's a mutually fucked up situation. It even sounds like he's a decent guy on some level - he extended you a loan despite the fact people on the east coast have heard of you and know you to be as poor as hotrex says. I suggest you let your mom deal with her ---- *especially* since she seems like she's actually doing so, and take all that aggression you feel and direct it towards getting a real job so you aren't so poor.
