i dont know if u can penny lock their door, b/c it swings in, but i would give it a try 
get baby powder and poor it all at the base of the door, and then get a hairdryer and blow it all under the door. or get cheese, eggs, milk and mayo and put it into a soda bottle and let it sit in the sun for a week...that should smell probably nice 
ive heard that bologna tears off paint too.put super glue in the lock, ive seen some kids at my school do that..it works too.
pop their tires or put nails under their tires, put a potato up the muffler and get the handle of a broom and shove it up into the exhaust, or put tacks in the windshield wipers. just a couple of ideas :P

ok i got the best one! this is really really bad though. i got the anachry cookbook so i got lots of cool ---- for revenge. Find her car one day when it is unlocked just go out at night and check everyday. on the day its unlocked freeze 6 cans of shaving cream. very very cold. then use a can opener to open it. toss the 6 little sludges from the can into her car. when it warms up every sqaure inch of her car is going to be filled with shaving cream. you will have to dig it out with a shovel. but i mean it fills up all over airvents everywhere so make sure they cant prove that it was you

chain their cars together :P we did that at my old job to my boss as a practical joke...sicne it was snowy out, we ran some chains, hid them under the snow and attached them to the bumper on the old parts van we used for running errands. as soon as he drove off...BOOM....bumper and half the support flew off, LOL :P

If you really wanna ---- em, go to home depot and buy a 5 gallon bucket of Z prime HS and pour it on thier car. It's oil based and doesn't come off of anything. Anything they used to get it off would ---- the paint up anyway.
