So.. I was reading an article in a Canadian Magazine about that bill 241 (now changed to bill 20). Police here are doing everything possible to get street racing off the street and to a legal track. Well... I read that recently police were found waiting at the entrance to mosport (a LEGAL track here in ontario) giving out tickets to people with exhaust systems and too much lowering.

WTF tell us to "Take it to the track" so we do and get busted again.. cops are the biggest ******!@

I agree with you completely, opp is bullshit. Well so are the locals, they now hide in bus stops with radar guns. That is beside the point. As for the noise pollution if you know your quieter than a stock motorcycle then you can get off no prob, and as for lowering your car, if your tires don't have cuts on them from your fenders then they can't give you a ticket either.

As it stands now my car is completely legit with a turbo. I passed all smog tests for ontario, and all certification with ALL my mods. I have all my vacuum lines under the hood connected, no gay filter on the valve cover. My car is lowered but only 1.75" which means I have about 3/4" clearence on my fenders. I have a legit cat and muffler but with no reasonator. I obey all the noise pollution laws within residential areas with my stereo. But I get hassled all the time. Why because I'm young, and because of both jealousy and stereotypes. That is bullshit, utter bullshit.

The things that **** me off about the cops is that they wait outside the strips for importfest, but for the hotrod days you couldn't find a cop if you shot a gun in the air. If they want to play like bitches be fair to everyone. Don't alienate one group because you have a problem with them.

not me....i have never once been let off for ----..i dont know why...but never...even when they question me about things they end up taking my *** to jail and i have to get out on bail...but that only happens maybe once in a blue moon. cops just dont like me because of the family im in...majority of my uncles and (male)cousins are drug dealers or gang bangers around here and lots of cops know that...and they know im related to them but they know i dont do that ---- like they do...im the odd ball i guess..but its ok in this situation. all in all...cops never let me go. they always let my friend aaron go for some strange reason!

yeah, a lot of cops are jerks. The reason why cops are pulling you guys over is this...now days more and more teenagers are getting drunk,high, whatever and still driving. its very sad but if your young..there is a good chance your getting lumped in. Police Officers are just trying to keep our streets safe. MOST of them could care less what you drive. But thats here in Texas where we still punish people when they acually do something wrong, and not bitch about emissions or cars being too low. dumb ---- like that.

most cops i know have small man complexes. they finally are in a position of power and you damn well bet they're gunna use it. i don't care if some cops are nice, i don't need or appreciate some punk kid (23-30) telling me what to do. even though i'm 20 myself. ---- them, if i was an old man i would be even more angry.

like i said before i don't care if some cops are cool or nice, if they're trying to control me ---- them. they don't deserve to be called sir or ma'am. they deserve to be shot, and it'll happen one day
