drive the oil pump with an electric motor. You can pre lube before you start the engine up too

Lol, this whole pump setup is to avoid an electric pump. They take up too much space, weight and draw too much electricity

I think that since it is a gearator style pump that it will be fine.

It uses reed valves on the intake and a port on the exhaust. It will work just fine.
