all of new mexico except for bernalillo county is warm with no emmissions, stupid *** bernalillo had to ---- it up with emissions.

What are emissions?

My old Civic used to smell like weed. Seriously, people would tell me all the time my car smelled like skunk bud.

what did you have for dinner? chili? that and keilbosa and onion sandwiches along with some deviled eggs and some cabbage soup always make my emissions stink something fierce!

there's a few carbonate byproducts that stink like a bitch in an unclean burn. lots of that has to do with poor quality gasoline that we have here.

and this is no joke either. dead serious.
i used to do the same thing when i lived in VA. sometimes a plain old 20 works. one place said they couldn't get my car onto the lift, so i had to ask why it would need to get up there when i am just gonna give him 20 for the sticker. should have seen his face

lol its WAayyy different here. Ours are regulated w/ the gov't on a mainframe. each test is sent to a head office where results are calculated and then printed. No sticker, all computerized.

When MN had emmisions, you had a Gov't garage that did only emmisions testing, nothing else. So you couldn't really toss the guy a case of beer for a sticker or anything.
