Default Reputable body shops in WA

I'm in Steilacoom and looking for a reputable body shop around Tacoma or Lacey to fix the front end on my Cobalt. Just needs a front bumper cover and headlight on the passenger side, Dad slid it into a guardrail last winter while I was in Iraq and is paying for it, just don't want to get overpriced on it. Oh, and a cheap EK hatch too :P

Yeah, We also have in our office, the city search "best of 2007".

Those people where complete morons, One of them was actually true (the newest one) the others are complete bullshit.

And on the newest one , the chick never came back and had it "alligned" her husband (that spends many thousands of dollars with us and we just finished his 57 tbird) said shes full of it and it drives strait as ----, she was just bitter because it took us a 7 days longer

City search is full of ----, we also have a 100% customer saticfaction or we will fix it/money back and only 7 people have had a problem in 3 years.

He doesnt have to come to our shop, i was giving him an option, and i can give him a deal. We are slammed with work as it is, we dont need anymore. i'm tired of painting anyways.

I would have been pissed about having to wait an extra week to get my car back too.

well, the car was there with 160+ hours of labor on it. and we can't just work on 1 car all day long. other ---- has to be put infront of it. we supplemented it 3 different times (had to do more work, so we have to wait for insurance to accept the supplement before we get to touch the car again. It takes the insurance 3-4 days to get back EACH time) The insurance company gave her the car for the extra week because we had to supplement it (insurance missed all the extra damage)

The car was supposed to be a total but the insurance wouldnt let us total it after the work was started.

Exactly. People dont understand.

There is a reason we are known as one of the best shops around, other then what city search says. Its just a bitching site anyways.

You never hear of anyones good work, you just get to hear the bad.
