After this election, Republicans would give thier left nut to have a conservative like Ron Paul. It's too bad they can't get over thier stupid endless wars to save themselves. As long as we're going to let the place go to hell, we might as well do it quickly with osama obama so we can get back to the basics.

that debate pissed me off, at the beginning they said no time limits, etc, then mccain speaks for 15 min about nothing, then romney counters with 15 more min of nothing, then huckabee gets 2 mins to talk about something else, ron paul gets 30 seconds and then cut off..........

who cares anyway, elect mccain and i hope he triples the size of the military and drafts everyone under40 (i'll volunteer) and when he totally fucks he economy maybe people will start paying attention to the election process, until then we might as well draw names out of a hat.

What's not to agree with. He's a no bullshit, straight to the beef type of guy. If you're arguing on the base that we should continue with our campaign to expand in the name of security, I can give you a pretty awesome example of how that idea manifested and played out in the Roman Empire. You might think it's unrelated, but our entire system is basically based off of accent Roman and Greek ideology.

He wants to let me live my life as I see fit, and have the government stay out of it. What's not to agree with? Keep your money, and keep the way you live as you wish, without intruding on the way others live thiers. It's pretty simple really.

The American Conservative just endorsed him too, and bashed McCain, and asked when conservatives started becoming globalists and lusting for wars we don't have the money for.

I'm not trying to be a dick here guys, i really dont know much about the guy really because he isn't in the main stream enuff. i listen to all the political talk shows everyday. rush, sean, bill, luara, and spend alot of time watching fox news. i just think that its wierd that everyone of those people and every political analysis that is on there shows when ever you hear the name ron paul they all laugh and say he is a nut. you guys dont find that odd ?

I don't find that odd at all. Ron Paul represents a serious shake up, and threat to the current political establishment. This coupled with the unfortunate fact that his mannerisms, body language, and over all appearance lend easily to being labled as a 'nut job', is the easiest way to dismiss him. His reasoning and decision making being guided by the constitution is rock solid and spot on.
I think that all the remaining front runners are of the opinion that the Constitution is outdated, and does not apply to the current state of the US/World, and is therefore up for interpretation.

I really, really hope Obama pulls an upset on Hillary on super tuesday. That socialist thunder ---- would be THE worst thing that could happen to US both short and long term. The government is not your babysitter.

They are Sophists (and I don't mean sophists in the sense in that they value wisdom, I mean it in the way that they ae people who use their education rhetoric) to manipulate opinion, like the work "The Clouds"), they use their education to manipulate public opinion rather than providing their own personal opinion. With one solid year of college in the liberal arts studying classics, political science, economics and sociology, pending you don't get some ultra liberal wackjob professor (there's good professors out there regardless of what johnny says, but I have had one or 2 ------- nut jobs) you would be ------- appalled at the information sourced down to the general public through the media outlets and public schools.
