Replacing ED seatbelts

https://imagehost.vendio.com/a/12182...arness_4pt.jpg
I was looking at a seat belt setup to install in my ED hatch. I want to replace the factory seatbelt that is attached to the door.

Does anyone know if the one in the pic has to be mounted a cage? Or, will it be long enough to mount to the floor behind the driver seat?

All the SFI stuff is rated for two years then you're supposed to throw it away.

And, as Murdoc just pointed out, I've seen fewer correctly mounted belts than I've seen SFI belts regardless of how they were mounted. That ---- is scary, and I don't trust it.
