i work at a dealer, we do it all the time. go in with your title/registration and drivers license that matches proving its your car and they can cut you a key. we charge $7.98 for the key, cutting, and getting the code for the key...
this is all assuming that the ignition has not been changed since Honda built it...

There was a news story last year in Minneapolis about all different dealerships that were cutting keys without the proof of ownership. The Honda dealership I go to told me, "we need to start having the title present b/c people are stealing cars with the keys." Man do I feel safe. lol.
Lucky for me I swapped my dash. I just left the old VIN on the dash. I have my real one in the garage.

I had one made for my brother. The parts guy printed me some numbers that he said to keep because they are getting rif of the older key info. It was a 91. So I stapled it to the title, and havn't worried since.
