regulating oil p.s.i
 
can a fuel pressure regulator be used to control the oil p.s.i going into the turbo. if so what p.s.i should i run thanks.

I think not, and 25ish psi? Use a smaller feed line, or an oil restrictor.

whats the difference between an oil restrictor and a fuel pressure regulator and where can i get an oil restrictor at

Nothing less than 25psi, and I wouldnt use a fuel pressure regulator considering they are designed to work with manifold pressure.

Is this going on a Kia or what?

if you have a good turbo it will have a built in restrictor
