So we get up next to him and he clearly wants to race so i start revving the car to rev limiter hoping this clown will hear the vtec and know the car has a swap and not want to race anymore. But i guess this guy was too dumb to relize my DX was making all kinds of vtec noises and so when the light turns green he nails it.

Yeah that guy was a complete fag. YES THEY STILL EXIST! It makes it WAY more fun doing the ---- we do. I was at this party about a week ago and some tokyo drift fag came in with his steering wheel. My buddy is bullshitting with him and I over hear hes got a greddy kit and clearly didnt know ----. i flamed him for a good 10 minutes. I never even caught his name!

the ct9 is one of / if not the smallest turbos that toyota ever made , it struggles to reach redline on a 1300 cc :8

sad to say but out of every place i have ever been , NC and VA have the most ricers i have ever seen. In NC teh whole car club thing is cool, andit isnt about going fast, it is about ricing your ---- out. JD knows what i am talking about , Lowered Atmosphere FTW ;)

I've talked to some people like that. It's ------- crazy how clueless they are. I know I'm not the smartest guy in the world and in the big picture I don't know ---- about cars, but talking to those types of people makes me feel like a ------- genious. :1

One guy comes to mind, pulls up in a stock ass Neon bragging about how fast he got to the house because his ------- Neon was so god damn fast. My buddy starts asking questions about his car, asks what exhuast he as, which was clearly stock. He claims that "we don't even want to know" what kind of exhaust he has and that it's some top secret ----. He can't name anything that's been done to his STOCK car, but claims it's fully built and rips ---- up. :S My buddy offers to race, but the supercar pimp says he doesn't ---- around and won't race for less than $5k. My buddy says slap $5k on the table and the wigger gets a bit mouthy and starts talking about people getting hurt. :1 This guy was about 5'6" and couldn't weigh more than my left nut. :1 He had to leave and we didn't get to race. :3

The local scene is chilling out somewhat. After a guy I know rolled up to a local meet and slapped a certain loudmouth Scoobie owner like he was a woman.... holy ----, people have started trying to be cool to each other. Who ever woulda thunk it?

when i moved out of fayetteville (summer of 02) there were a little less ricer types but they whole "show car" thing was still going strong, especially the mini-trucks.
i came to VA after NC and there are still a ---- load of ricers but way more "performance" cars, and a lot more diverse(brand wise) too.


for a few months in 01 i stayed in florida near tampa w/ my sick g-ma and there are some stupid fast cars there

I hate the ricers and the bikers in VA. The ricers are all fags that still rock chrome taillights like its cool and the bikers are too busy doing like 120 down the interstate at 4 in the afternoon. I could care less if they want to fly around and ride on the brink of death, thats cool. Just dont to it on a crowded interstate where you could ---- up or take out 6 other people in the process. do that ---- at 4 a.m. or something.

VA is one of the few places where you are going to see an flat black automatic 87 Escort Wagon droped with mAd tYte gauges, fresh exhaust pipes from Pep boys and a little emo white kid behind the wheel. ....tryin to run anything at the stop light. last week a kid in a bone stock Chevy 1500 4x4 with a Cab on the back tried to run me. he almost killed like 63 people trying to get me to race.
