Reality check

Re: Reality check
They locked it already, lol.
H-T can be very ridiculous when it comes to being JDM-tyte and appearance. I for one don't give a ---- about appearance, but I do browse their all motor forum from time to time as well as check out some of the EF project threads.
I can't say I care for all that JDM bullshit, though I do like how that guy thought he seriously bought that manifold. Not everybody runs to the classifieds and buys the highest priced sponsor manifold to get mad props, some of us have welding skills (not me).
Durrrr, their cars aren't pretty and their turbos aren't shiny - they must be half ***, right? :1

Re: Reality check
HMT is the basics of basics. What you do from there is your business. Alot of us are building cars that would be "flashy" by HMT standards, but when you down the ghetto builders, that's when you've lost touch with reality.

Re: Reality check
I don't know of any active member on HMT that seriously think it's okay to drive a turbocharged car without any form of tuning.
Of course when you say tuning on H-T, it's automatically assumed that you mean Hondata, since it's obvioiusly the ONLY feasible choice for tuning any honda, regardless of which OBD stage it is. :1
