The best thing to do with pipe bombs is to put them into port a ********. "someone I know" did that the other night and wasn't hit by shrapnel. Car alarms were going off for about a block. It was a 45 second fuse.

dumbass make pipebombs out of very thick epoxyed cardboard or rolled newspaper.. otherwise you are making a shrapnel bomb.
