Yeah i would deffinitly say its not totaled.

I ran my 96 civic up under an explorer and took out grill lights hood and needed rad support bumper radiator ac all that and the check had 4600 on it.

Paid to fix it. Couldnt beleive it since the damn blue book on it was only like 4800, damn car had 116 on the clock.

that damn sure dont look like 4 grand worth of damage, to be honest take teh check and fix it yourself. pocket some cash.
