I clicked it and by YOUR definition, you have a ricer. You DO NOT have a clean unmolested body. That is not an OEM front bumper. You say rice is z3 fenders, wings, etc. You need to add bodykits or aftermarket bumpers if you are gonna say the other stuff.

So, to answer your question,

YES that is rice.
