Raptor 660r question
 

i dont know where to put this as it is about a four wheeler but have any of you ever change a shift fork in a raptor tranny or put new rings in the motor? im trying to figure out if im gunna need any special tools or anything before i start cause i just picked up this 04 special edition raptor for 800$ full quad needs rings cuz it smokes a little bit and 3rd gear shift fork is bent O0

just ride it as is...a lil smoke never hurt anyone, as far as the transmission goes i dont know

yea i know a lil smoke never hurt any1, i have a lil 80cc badger that smokes like a bitch right now, lol ive beat it hard, but the whole not having a gear could be a problem, knowbody knows not even whitey?

Actually the tranny problems were for the first 2 years of the raptor than the tranny problem was supposedly solved.

$800 is a steal and a half.

stick some 50 weight and some no smoke in that bastard and run it into the ground. but remember, three wheels are better than four

Yeah,didnt you have a predator?I remember a picture of you popping a whellie.

I have an 05 predator and the tranny does suck.The gears dont engage rite some times and the reverse never goes into neutral.Ive ran over quit a few things in reverse :-\
