ranting + goodness

well, last week i found out i wasnt getting the b18b which royally pissed me off. he said that he is going to need that motor for something else, so i said whatever and left it at that. it wsa to good to be true. but somthin good happened that same day. back in june i got burnt at work, bad. second degree burn about 9 inches long on my right arm. a bun toaster (of all things) fell off a shelf and hit my arm, etc, etc. i hadnt planned on suing untili recieved a letter in the mail stating that i had to appear in court in regards as to whether or not i deserved money for my time off. so got hold of a lawyer and he told me that they messed up by doing this. apparently that stupid thing is supposed to be bolted down and its not. so, shame on them. he said hes not sure about how much i can get, but hes almost positive ill get something.so, i guess theres a little light at the end of this tunnel after all. i dont suppose anyone in here knows anything about workmans comp. cases and things of that sort to give me a rough estimate of possible cash? hehehe, burger king can go to hell

---- if you get a good enough lawyer you will be rich. The thing wasn't bolted down and that's required. Think of the person that sued McDonalds cause her coffee was hot. Go get a good lawyer and ask his advise
