i drive from buffalo to nyc and back weekly, and route 17 between binghamton to route 6/palisades pkwy area is usually crawling with troopers especially near liberty (exit 100). I was hauling *** about 85-90 in a 55 today and i got a slight ka warning and i slowed right down and sure enough about 2/3mi up the road around the bend hiding behind a snowbank was a trooper spraying ka radar like crazy. Yeah, but you can outstrip how far the guys operating the Motorola think you can go in a given period of time. Look at the Gumball 3000, guys, they outran radios like it was nothing.
